Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality and engaging content for various channels, including website copy, marketing materials, emails, and social media.
• Write and edit policy documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Craft content tailored for membership communications, addressing member needs and promoting engagement.
• Utilize fundraising writing techniques to create compelling campaigns and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and primary messaging.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to inform and enhance writing.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging strategy.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience as a copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples. (3+ years).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Detail-oriented and capable of producing high-quality, error-free content.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Digital Media, or related field.
• Writing experience in policy, advocacy, trade organizations, or nonprofit settings.
• Fundraising writing experience, including campaign creation and donor and member communications.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and related industries.
• Previous work with remote teams or as a freelancer.
• Agency experience is a plus.
